Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial activated through checkout. Dashboard access is enabled after trial or checkout activation. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Is the free scan the same as the trial?
No. The free scan is a one-shot vendor scan available to anyone — no account required. The trial activates the full monitoring workspace and requires plan selection through checkout.
How do you count vendors?
A vendor is any third-party service you have added to your watchlist — typically your subprocessors and other data-handling SaaS. You can rotate vendors in and out of monitoring inside your plan limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Where is data stored?
DPAFlow operates EU-first. Customer data, snapshots, and evidence records stay within the EU region. See the Security page for the full posture.
Does this replace my DPA review?
No. DPAFlow surfaces vendor and subprocessor changes and creates evidence records. Final legal review of any DPA or Article 28 obligation remains with your qualified counsel.
